When a call comes in, the system looks up the scheduled volunteer's phone and forwards the call. If there is no answer, the line is busy with another call, or no one is scheduled, the caller is transferred to voicemail. The scheduled volunteer is sent a txt message with a link to listen to the voicemail.
Click the "Request an Account" link in the upper right of the homepage. Your request will be reviewed and you will get a text with a link to change your password after approval.
Login to your account and click either the New Recordings or the Recordings link. You can then choose the voicemail you want to listen to and click the arrow in the play button. If the phone was busy, you should get a text message with a link to the voicemail (assuming you "Allow notifications" in your profile.
Click the 'My profile' link in the upper right of the page. You can then change your password on the input form.
No problem, click the "login" link in the upper right of the homepage. At the bottom of the form will be a link for "Forgot password". Click it and then enter your phone number. If the account is valid, you'll receive a text with a link to change your password. Otherwise you'll see an error message describing the problem(s).
Easy, just login and the schedule should now show "Add substitute" for your scheduled time-slot and for any unassigned time-slot (no phone number). Click the link and you'll be asked for a future date (Suggested format is mm/dd/yyyy), the name of your substitute and their phone number. Click save and they will now be scheduled for your time-slot on the date you requested.
Yes, just login and click 'My profile' in the upper right of the page. Change the "Allow notifications' setting to 'No'.
